The travel agency promised better than it actually turned out

1. When consulting in Kyiv and buying a tour, there were no options for rooms in the hotel (1 type of rooms was offered, allegedly the only one in the hotel; in fact, having paid a little extra (already upon arrival at the hotel, there were options much more convenient in terms of location and appearance from the room).

2. When buying a tour in Kyiv, the conditions of additional bonuses included in the cost of the tour did not correspond to the actual offer at the hotel. Such communication between the hotel and the tour operator is not clear.

3. Representatives of a travel agency in Egypt do not honestly talk about excursions, selling them, and misleading vacationers. So, for example, the promised "no limit" of seafood was in fact expressed in a serving of fish soup, 4 pcs. shrimp and questionable seafood like chicken, beef and french fries....

instead of the promised cozy cabins, everyone was herded onto the open deck under the scorching Egyptian sun for the whole day. And these are people with white skin who arrived after the winter!!! No sun creams played a big role in this situation. As a result, the rest of the vacation was ruined, and it was impossible to appear in the sun, the skin was burned and the whole body ached wildly.

And to the claims about the non-compliance of the excursion with the description, they received an answer in the spirit of "the fool himself."
