At 21.00 we wrote to him on viber, he specified which hotel and did not answer anymore. Only after he received a call from the reception for the second time (the first time he did not pick up the phone) did he send the information to the reception. But he didn't text us on viber. Very irresponsible of him. In a foreign country, one would like to believe that a guide from a travel agency will help you in any situation, but in this simple example, we have seen that this is not the case. And if some serious problem arose, and he does not respond to messages, what should a tourist do in a foreign country without knowing the language? If you do not take into account the complete disregard on the part of the Azret guide, then I recommend TEZ TOUR, but I advise the TEZ TOUR management to be more attentive to the choice of guides or simply oblige them to respond to messages from tourists, I don’t see anything complicated in this, unlike the guide Azreta.
