I can say the following about the Tez Tour agency and the tour operator ANEX TOUR. We were not warned that the departure time was postponed, we had to re-order transport from Krivoy Rog to Kyiv almost at the last moment. There was a mistake in the insurance voucher, they redid it, we waited, but the girls brought the corrected documents later, where it was convenient for us. The guide at the hotel offered excursions, but it was our choice, we chose something, refused something, but no one ran, did not pull us, was not rude, was not rude.
