I can say the following about the Tez Tour agency and the tour operator ANEX TOUR. We were not warned that the departure time was postponed, we had to re-order transport from Krivoy Rog to Kyiv almost at the last moment. There was a mistake in the insurance voucher, they redid it, we waited, but the girls brought the corrected documents later, where it was convenient for us. →
they did not warn that they smoke everywhere on the territory of the hotel and do not speak Ukrainian and Russian, respectively, the animators with children worked in English. →
Booked a tour for the third time, but I think the last. The manager Ekaterina painted the tour very beautifully, showed a photo of the transformer bus, in fact the bus was a ruin, not a transformer, manufactured in 1992 and 56 hours of driving instead of 36. When booking the tour, changing the bus to Ekarina seemed like a minor change and ruined the whole vacation for us. → |
