The agency helped me wonderfully, provided all the required information, documented everything. I applied to the network of last minute trips, but I already flew with TPG. We had transfers of flights, around 16-20 hours, which was a very unpleasant moment. On the spot, we were not even offered excursions, the hotel guide was just terrible. From TPG I have only negative reviews.
