Try to go on a tourist trip with this "GREAT" company many times, but each time someone kept me from it - or did not fit the day or hour of departure, or did not arrange a tour program, but more often when visiting the agency no one was in the office, tel .calls immediately the head of TA said that she has the right to go out to dinner, that she can not constantly sit in the office… this time I decided to try again - a kind of "last chance"! His "GREAT" company did not pass, ruining my family's vacation! But, everything is fine…
On October 14 we decided to go on a tour to Khortytsia, Zaporizhia. I really like to see as much as possible on trips in the shortest possible hour - if you go somewhere, you should use the hour to the maximum, so the TA TERRA program of retro cars, weapons museum and 700-year-old oak. The whole excursion program was to begin with an interesting tour of the city of Zaporozhye….
The fact that we went on a tourist trip with TA Krugozor !!! we learned after 6 o'clock in the morning on October 14, on the way to Zaporozhye, and that excursions to museums are not planned - at 9 o'clock on arrival to Khortitsa. The troubles did not end there, but then they were presented to TA Krugozir !!! (I will write a review about them on the page of Krugozor) !!! Dear head of TA TERRA, which you had the right to change the program of the tour for which I paid, put me with my family to another agency, without even calling, without consulting me ?? !! I went around 5 agencies of the city, and chose TERRA !! During the conversation we talked about visiting museums, I asked about the price of entrance tickets, said that I want to see everything that is provided by the tour program, and I was assured that the trip will be just like that, because otherwise you will be in TA can not!! Why did you spoil everything? Obviously, as people write in other reviews - you really put a cat in a bag!
But perhaps a cat would be better than Krugozir !? ((
