HORRIBLE OFFICE. HAMS AND CHARLATANS.

I am shocked by the organization of the trip. We went to Fedotova Spit, the fare was paid in 2 directions. We were sent ahead by a normal bus, they said to call back the day before departure and find out the bus number and departure time. The rude woman on the phone literally answered "why are you calling me, they will never pick you up, you will stay there, hahaha" What kind of conversation with customers is this?? Where is the ethics? OK. . further worse. They immediately sent SMS with one bus number, later in the evening with another. Departure at 17.00! We waited 45 minutes in the heat with bags and a small child. OK. . . But when this bus arrived, we were shocked!! Old, decrepit, hard seats. The air conditioner didn’t work! We were locked with a small child in a gallery, the very last row, where the seat does not unfold, is swaying, it’s stuffy awful, when asked by the driver how is it ?? he said, I don’t know anything, so they wrote, I had all the seats distributed on our agency, only these places remained and they threw you off at the last moment, you are not from our agency at all, complain to them upon arrival, honestly I wanted to go and spit in their faces and make a scandal while we were driving, but we were so tired upon arrival that we already I didn’t want anything, the road was hell! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE CHARLATANS TO ANYONE!!!! We will never use their services again, and we will pass on our impressions to all our friends! Poltava is a small city, and soon everyone will know about their "service"!!!
