I am shocked by the organization of the trip. We went to Fedotova Spit, the fare was paid in 2 directions. We were sent ahead by a normal bus, they said to call back the day before departure and find out the bus number and departure time. The rude woman on the phone literally answered "why are you calling me, they will never pick you up, you will stay there, hahaha" What kind of conversation with customers is this?? Where is the ethics? OK. →

Try to go on a tourist trip with this "GREAT" company many times, but each time someone kept me from it - or did not fit the day or hour of departure, or did not arrange a tour program, but more often when visiting the agency no one was in the office, tel .calls immediately the head of TA said that she has the right to go out to dinner, that she can not constantly sit in the office… this time I decided to try again - a kind of "last chance"! His "GREAT" company did not pass, ruining my family's vacation! But, everything is fine… On October 14 we decided to go on a tour to Khortytsia, Zaporizhia. →

This travel agency just threw, twice used their services, and twice slipped a cat in a bag. Twice as I went to sea: to the iron port and Kirillovka, both times it was like this: we go by one bus - normal, and on the way back some half-ruined Bogdan TWO TIMES THINK ABOUT WHETHER THEY WILL SPEND YOUR HOLIDAY USING THE SERVICES OF TERRA !!! →

I am delighted with our Poltava region!!! And from the excursion "Land of legends and legends", which was ordered in TA "TERRA". As it turned out - we have something to see. Thanks to the tour guide Zoya, who was able to tell so fascinatingly about Dikanka, and about Gogol, and about Sorochenets!!! Her professionalism and knowledge of the material, dedication to her work and ability to convey all this to us - left no one indifferent. →

From the travel agency "TERRA" I have been resting in the Crimea for 4 years already. Yes, and my friends too. What I like is the attitude towards tourists and decency: what was shown in the photographs is in reality, they brought it there. I had a rest from the agency in Rybachy, Koktebel, and this year they advised Sudak. Didn't regret it. The private mini-boarding house corresponded to the photos I saw in the office and my requirements - clean, comfortable, beautiful, and to the sea - as they said - only through the cypress alley. →

Terra is a terrible travel company. The head Nedilko Zoya Grigoryevna treats clients in a boorish way. When it was only about organizing a vacation, it was agreed that the vacation was not quite standard, that is, not 7 days, but 5. To which it was said that buy a ticket from us and we will organize your return back to Poltava. An advance has been made. →

From August 27 to September 03, 2013 she went to the Crimea (village Rybachye). I liked the organization of the trip - they seated me on the bus, told me: the distance and time of the journey, the time and places of stops along the way. Stops were in designated areas. Upon arrival in Rybachye, everyone on the list was taken to a boarding house, where a representative of the boarding house met. →

I'm not writing right away about the "wonderful" vacation from TERRA. I was afraid to be subjective and rude. And so the boarding house in Mezhvodnoe is a kindergarten building with appropriate furniture (baby cots), dubious amenities on the floor (hot water for seven days once. Believe me, for 80-70 UAH, you can find a more worthy private sector in Mezhvodnoe. →
