New Year's transfer to Milan is just useless. Not only that, the manager left 4 tourists in Milan at night, including me. The delay was insignificant (11 minutes) despite the fact that we called the manager, but did not receive any answer !!! no measures have been taken regarding our return (how is it ??? don't even call ???) you don't care about your customers ??? In addition, the wrong hotel was indicated in our electronic info list, so we had to look for a hotel on the map, which is 20 km away. →

The quality of service in the agency and the tour itself were terrible, it was one of the worst trips in Europe. We chose the tour ourselves on the site, agreed with the agency, arrived at the office, paid, and processed the documents. Everything happened quickly, there was no particular communication with the agency manager. Our accompanying guide, drivers, as well as the organization of the tour - everything was terrible. →

We were on the weekend tour "Prague and Dresden #our people" really liked it. Our accompanying Julia is a good fellow, responsive, correct, tells very interesting things.
