I will never contact the JoinUP agency again, it’s better to go wild than with their help. There are absolutely not qualified employees who are not able to give a single intelligible answer. The fact is that we wanted to buy a tour, but we were told that this could not be done in Kyiv, but only in the place. As a result, it turned out that they practically do not sell at the place of the excursion, and if they do, then for a lot of money. Accordingly, we were not prepared for such costs. We tried to find out why we were misinformed by the guide, but he never got in touch, the phone was always not available. Tickets and all the necessary documents for departure were provided to us less than a day before the flight, and all this time they fed us with promises and breakfasts. Terrible and absolutely disrespectful attitude from the agency. shocked me. I was very disappointed with their work.
