The agency itself is good, I have no complaints about it. Managers advised me good hotels that I should have paid attention to. But I decided to go with the child to the hotel that I myself chose and regretted it very much. We had no problems with flights and transfers. But at the place of rest, the representatives of Anex Tour did nothing to somehow improve our conditions for recreation. We ended up in a hotel of complete unsanitary conditions. The child and I have E. coli. vomiting, diarrhea and fever. As a result, under insurance under a drip!! They asked, begged the representatives to move us to another hotel. They even offered a surcharge, the answer is one, all the hotels are packed !! Spoiled long-awaited vacation, which the children have been waiting for a year. But they spent not at sea, but in the hospital. Dear tourists, do not spoil your vacation, especially those who travel with children. Saving money on choosing a hotel can end badly.
