I bought the tour from the TUI agency in Konotop, I was satisfied with the work of the agency, I was well served, there was the director Sasha, who explained everything available. Everything was just wonderful. I have complaints about the transfer on the way back. Our tour operator was Kompas. We arrived at the hotel at the appointed time, where we were to be picked up by a bus. We waited there for more than an hour, after which I began to panic why they do not come for us. I started looking for someone to pick me up, to call. Nothing is clear, I was dumped or what? No one said anything in advance. As a result, I was taken away, but it's good that I had money in my account, but what if I didn't have it? This situation, of course, slightly spoiled the impression of rest.
