I liked everything about the agency. As for the manager Victoria, whom I dealt with at the agency in Irpen, she was extremely helpful, amazing, she provided all the information in a timely manner. Victoria - the highest score, I liked the way she works, the way she talks, everything is specific, to the point, polite. You can personally contact her, but then .... you need to think very well. My mistake was that I myself decided to choose a hotel, perhaps if she had advised me another option, it would have been better, and I would not have fallen into the horror that I got into, I mean the hotel. We also had a flight rescheduling. When I booked the tour, it was a comfortable departure time for us: in the morning - to Turkey, in the afternoon - back, but it turned out that both were at night. My husband and I are not young people, and these rises at 2 am, when we flew to Turkey, and at 3 am, when we flew back, they were very traumatic for my psyche and physical well-being.

I also understood that the price of the tour is determined taking into account the time of departure, so I really did not like it. To be honest, I expected that I would be served by ANEX TOUR, my experience with them showed me that ANEX TOUR is good. When I used the services of TUI, they sent me to some agency unknown to me, which met us in Turkey, which I had never heard of at all. The girls from this agency who met us looked extremely unfriendly and not polite. I have never seen such unkindness anywhere. It was not even decent, I would say.
