Since they couldn’t help me in any way and they are still solving the issue of compensation, I would give them 4 if they don’t resolve the issue. But if the issue is resolved, then they deserve a rating of 9. Our operator was TPG. I hope TPG compensate me for this terrible holiday. They didn't even want to contact me on vacation. They just spat on our souls. Bestial attitude towards my family.
