I can’t say anything about the work of the agency, everything was clear. We didn't have any problems with registration. But we had flight delays. We were delayed by a plane for 3 hours when we flew to rest. And on the way back, we sped up the flight by 3 or 4 hours. And this caused problems with the transfer, we had to rebook and buy new tickets.
