My review in TUI about this sharashka office:
My wife and I are not the first time flying on vacation abroad, but for the first time we decided to use the services of TUI.
We won't make that mistake again. We have not yet flown anywhere, but we have already frayed all the nerves in the travel agency.
In short: Our flight was rescheduled. They called from the Travel Agency and said that we would spend the day in Kazakhstan, but so that we would not worry, they would pay for both the transfer and the hotel.
First: Unfortunately, without our help, Lida could not understand that an Israeli needs a visa to Kazakhstan. Nevermind. Lida said that she would issue a visa if I made a power of attorney for her. The company bears the costs.
Second: I had to receive the documents on Tuesday, my Israeli psssport, because I needed it on Wednesday. I am not a citizen of Ukraine, and I need it. On Tuesday, at 6 pm, I found out that I would not receive a passport on Tuesday, I quote Lida "I had people, I did not have time to pick it up. You will receive everything on Thursday." The thought of calling me on Tuesday, warning me about it, so that I myself would pick up the passport from the consulate, did not visit her.
Third: Her boss, Tatyana, admitted that Lida made a mistake in our conversation, and promised to somehow correct or compensate for this mistake. We agreed that she would call me as soon as she decided. She never called me back...
Fourth: On Thursday we received the documents, but the transfer to the hotel was not there.
Fifth: Fifth, they demand a statement from my wife, so that she writes that she went to the airline, and that she was not shown the transfer ... I just can’t understand this at all. What?
Sixth: The conversation with Director Oksana ended with her wishing me to bypass the TUI agency on the 10th road.
Well, in principle, I'm not going to contact you anymore. If possible, I will leave reviews about your service, where possible.
