everything is terrible

Through Join Up we went to Crete on 08/15/2014. We were brought to the hotel, they said that the hotel was across the road. We go to the hotel, and they tell us that there are no places there. We started calling the host, we are not in the database. We call Join Up, they say that they don’t know anything about us. Our tour company is calling Join Up at the same time. Representatives of Join Up lie that we have already been settled in our hotel. The next day they lie that we live in the original hotel. We are offered to take a taxi and go to another hotel without a representative. In the end, we go in a taxi with the hotel administrator and we are accommodated in another hotel. Our guide does not recruit us, does not meet with us. On the last day, they didn’t even know if they would take us from the hotel to the airport or not! We were supposed to leave the hotel on 08/22/2014. Until the last day, we thought that we would not fly away. After seven days of non-stop calls, information about the transfer to the airport came only on 08/22/2014 at 23.00. As a result, a ruined vacation. I would not recommend anyone to fly with this company. I wish the Join Up company a speedy bankruptcy and that not a single tourist will fly with them anymore.
