I chose the travel agency because of the price and smartly thought-out promotions (only
upon arrival, I realized that this was a scam). I always approach the choice of rest thoroughly. I choose a hotel on my own, I learn everything about it, so that there would be no surprises upon arrival. It has always been like this for many years, but not this time. This time join up decided everything for us. Already upon arrival in Marsa Alam, they told us that the hotel booked for 3 months by us does not accept us, they wanted to settle us in 4
star hotel (we booked a 5-star hotel). After our refusal, they kept us in suspense for 3 hours. Then all the same they gave another 5-star hotel, but 100 dollars cheaper than ours. Purely Ukrainian-Egyptian divorce. Avoid this tour operator.
