Having paid for the tour to Greece and quickly collected all the documents, I really hoped for a high-quality, organized and well-coordinated work of the staff of the visa department of Join Up! To be honest, this attitude shocked me.

We paid for the tour on time, and immediately collected certificates and sent them for a visa to Greece. On April 8, the documents were already in their office. Today is April 23, no one has even started to work with our documents yet. To the questions on which day you plan to apply to the embassy, ​​the answer was given - according to the departure, and we have it on June 11th. Do we have to sit all May without passports? We planned another trip in May to a visa-free country. If a person sent documents in advance, then he is still planning something. And the deadline for all certificates expires on April 26th. Should I then run again for new references? No one said at what stage the work with our documents is now. Why not tell people what day their applications are scheduled to be submitted? If you can't cope, hire employees, increase the working day! Why should people suffer from this? I understand that time is stretching on purpose, so that in case of refusal of a visa, a larger percentage of the fine will be charged to tourists! The competition is now big in the field of tourism, and at the moment I understand that I have not yet had pleasant impressions from working with this tour operator. I haven't even left for Greece yet!
