1) Deceived on cost. Tickets for 2 to the most disgusting hotel in Sharm El Sheikh cost us the same as a good hotel for three.

2) The hotel was deceived. Described as a fairy tale. The reality was horror. Just read reviews of Luna Sharm Hotel.

3) In the very first minute upon arrival in Egypt, a Join Up employee at the airport tried to charge us 10 dollars for filling out migration cards himself (name, surname, year of birth, nationality and passport number ...)

4) The guide from "Join Up" is a completely different story. Let's start with the fact that he did not come to the meeting with us. I had to call their office from the reception, where they told me that the call was paid, but only for me they would make an exception. The guide ended up being 50 minutes late. As I understand it, the only purpose of meeting with a guide is to sell an expensive excursion. Guided tours cost 50-80% more than the real cost. There was a guy with a computer in the hotel who was selling excursions. The fact that the guy costs $ 20 from the guide cost $ 50 per person. Having learned that I don’t want to take a tour, the guide began to insist and said that by buying a tour now I will get one for free. After asking around, I realized that the only thing I can count on is a free city tour that costs $10. Having received a complete refusal, the guide was literally OFFENDED! :))) He stopped talking to me further, said that "Join Up" was no longer responsible for us and left. When we were leaving, the other guide who came for us spoke simply boorishly and tried to squeeze in an ultimatum to us the idea that the Egyptians are very kind and polite people, while not forgetting to mention that if someone doesn’t like something, they have an army and it’s better not to quarrel with them . When he came to the hotel for us, his phrase was "Why are we sitting, who are we waiting for!"
