Everything about the agency was great. I chose the tour myself, I always do this, I look at the options on the "vacation", I choose, then I go to the agency to buy it. On the way there, the departure time was slightly postponed, but I was warned about this in advance. The shuttle to the airport was on time, no problem at all.
