I have good impressions about this agency, I chose the tour myself, I applied to TUI for its purchase. I will rate the work of the agency at 9 out of 10, since this tour was not immediately found. The plane, of course, was terrible, but it's always like that, sitting with your legs on your chest is not very comfortable. There was no food on the plane, but otherwise everything is fine. There was a 1 hour delay.
