I was satisfied with the work of the agency, I was not satisfied with the work of the hotel. I found the tour myself, I arrived at the agency with a ready application and asked them to arrange a tour for me, which I myself found on the site. They arranged everything quickly, ordered, booked, explained to me that flights are with an additional charge, I wanted an early departure, a late arrival. The tour operator was ANEX TOUR, met at the airport, as always, everything was standard, good.
