Everything is fine, there was only a small nuance, I needed to reschedule the ticket for a couple of days, and they had a promotion for early booking, while the travel agency told me that I had to pay a 10% fine since I was tearing up the old ticket and issuing a new one. I drew attention to the fact that you have such a promotion, to which I was told "ok, then you can not pay a fine." Everything else is great. There were no delays or transfers of flights. Tours were not used.
