We chose the tour ourselves, the agency only processed the documents for us. Checkout was very fast, no problems. All documents were of high quality. I have nothing bad to say about the agency. Just the only thing about the tour that we ordered, I would like it to be more visible that we are ordering. Because they relied on the reviews of tourists. But when people go by themselves, they should at least count on something. We went, looked and were very dissatisfied, just very dissatisfied and wrote reviews wherever possible and wrote reviews directly from the hotel.

Then representatives of the hotel came to us, we had a meeting there. The chef, and the personnel manager, and the territory manager also spoke to us. But it's not that fair. Why? Because the system is all bad, it already means a world name, and this was a cheap trio.

We had previously rested in other hotels of this chain, so we decided to try both there, but nothing in common, at all.

Everything was great with the flights. The transfer is excellent, I can not say anything. The only thing is that when we flew it was already very hot in the plane to such an extent that it was right at all. Arrived on time, transfer from the hotel on time, arrived on time. There were many excursions, as usual, but we did not use anything, because we had already traveled most of the excursion. We go to Egypt at least twice a year, so we were simply not interested in excursions, and even so very expensive compared to what it was before, the price has increased.
