Our agent was great. We were served promptly and efficiently, we were advised well enough that we were completely satisfied. As for the tour itself, it was from Anex and everything was bad. There were transfers of flights, there was no transfer, they did not wait for us. And we were not reimbursed for the taxi and were deceived with excursions. Everything was in full swing.
