We processed the documents through the TUI, and on the spot we had a Flash Tour. They did everything, there didn’t seem to be any questions, they told and prepared everything. Initially, we talked about the same time of our flight, and when I had already come to pick up the documents, the departure time had changed slightly, and that’s all, after payment, the departure time was changed once. There were no transfers or delays back. The transfer was good both ways. From our tour operator we went on excursions and liked everything, and the price was adequate.
