I liked everything in the work of the agency, 10 points. They were able to organize a tour where there were no flight delays, everything was on time, clearly on schedule. The hotel guide offered us excursions. I had 2 trips. Of course, there were some difficulties, but it does not all depend on the TUI. I took a trip to Israel, but this trip is not very comfortable. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is much more comfortable than the one that organized the trip to Israel.
