What they wrote about the hotel, then nothing at all corresponded to reality. There was a new hotel that opened in Marmaris and we went, we like this place. The hotel is good, new. But the service that we were promised 5k is not 5k. Everything was fine with the flights, we were delivered without any problems. But the managers wrote to us that there is a gym, ultra food - this was nothing. We generally enjoyed our holiday. But the travel agency screwed up. They asked the operator to compensate for the damage - but nothing was reimbursed. We did not go on excursions, not for the first time in Turkey. But I am satisfied with the rest, the nature is beautiful. When they write one thing, and you arrive and there is something completely different, you are very disappointed. They explained to us on the spot what they offer. The service is good, they try, but not at all what we expected. But we rested, the sea was beautiful. A big plus for the staff for their efforts.
