Bad company, don't get involved...

How to ruin people's vacation? To advise them a tour from this company ... this is not a single opinion - the whole plane of the "lucky ones" of our flight from Zaporozhye to Antalya was disappointed with the organization of the trip.

There were two adults and two children of 11 years old. Upon checking into the hotel at the reception, we were happily informed that there was no reservation for us, and therefore our friends who came to meet us at the hotel were told that there were no such tourists here and would not be. The flight to Turkey was delayed - we were at the hotel at midnight, apparently to "compensate" for this - the return flight was accelerated by a second from 14.30 to 5.45 - imagine our state on the evening before departure from such news. But that's not all - in the morning of departure on the bus, the guide delighted us that we were flying to Kharkov, issued tickets from another operator - Pegasus and joyfully sped away as soon as we reached the airport with the words "all claims are to Ukraine." But it wasn’t there - after passing through the airport’s metal detectors and reaching the information desks, we found out that we were brought to the wrong terminal - the saddened guide returned - and the other had fun from the airport - well, why do you still have a whole hour and ten minutes before departure. Is it okay that check-in ends 30 or 40 minutes before departure? Further run-run and all hopes for duty free - a copper basin. But thanks, at least they didn’t leave Turkey ... There were such thoughts in my head. Separately, I note the stupidity of the guide at the hotel - his name is Riza - the info about the hotel did not correspond to reality - he answered guesses, as if he had been in this hotel for the first time - he didn’t guess everything, as it turned out later. Interest in tourists ended after talking about excursions.

I advise travel agencies not to recommend this tour operator in order not to lose the reputation of their customers.
