We found this agency on the site and talked to them remotely. I liked everything. One person paid a little later, there were no more seats, but the guys tried to pick everything up, well done. The flight was delayed for us, but it was UIA's fault whether the bags were lost and the flight was delayed for half an hour. We liked everything in the agency, the manager - well done, very good, creative approach to tourists. Just smart.
