In fact, my communication with the agency consisted in the fact that I came, they processed the documents for me, I paid the money, that's all :) But, I liked everything, they helped me, everyone told me how to behave at the airport, what I can carry, what not , i.e. the managers were very professional. There was no negative communication with the agency. Everything was great with the transfer, everything was great with the flight, and everything was fine with the bus that took us to the hotel.
