This is not the first time I have turned to the tour operator Travel Professional Group, namely to the tourism manager Ksenia to organize the rest. I want to thank you for your attention and excellent work! A very good approach to customers, always and everywhere there are accompanying people, excellent guides. In the autumn I was with my wife from them in Turkey. →
I’ll start with everything in order, I didn’t expect supernatural rest and service for 3 stars, but such surprises from a travel agency with a bus late for 12 hours without warning tourists are too much.!!!!!! Moreover, tourists from other hotels were simply thrown out at the bus stop and told to wait only 3 hours. I think this is completely Ukrainian. → |
