IT CAN'T BE MORE HORRIBLE!!!

Good afternoon. We are tourists Khramtsov Andrey Viktorovich and Khramtsova Olga Ivanovna. We appeal to YOU ​​with a complaint.

We purchased a tour from TPG-tour operator from 12.11.2015. to 22.11.2015 (10 nights / 11 days) Sharm El Sheikh hotel CLUB FARAANA REEF 4 *. Departure 11/12/2015 PS 5017 Kyiv - Sharm El Sheikh.

11/13/2015 met with a hotel guide at 9.00 in the morning named Amed at the reception. The hotel guide behaved boorishly, was rude to us and other tourists. The reason for his rudeness was the refusal to purchase excursions from TPG. The holiday went without a hitch. On 11/21/2015 at 18.00, the reception called the room and introduced themselves as a hotel guide and said that we were leaving tomorrow at 7.50 on flight not PS 5018 Sharm-El-Sheikh-Kyiv, which had already been rescheduled from 18.50 to 23.55 on November 22, 2015, but on PS flight 7012 Sharm-El-Sheikh-Kharkov and hung up. After 5 minutes we came to the reception where our guide was not. We were not provided with any documents about our departure from the hotel !!! We asked at the reception to contact the guide. We contacted the guide after 45 minutes. he did not answer calls. At our request to come to the hotel and explain the reason for our flight to another city, he refused and hung up the phone!!! After that, we called the hotline, where we were also denied any help and also hung up without introducing ourselves !!! Then there was a call to the head of the hotel guides to a request to come to the hotel, but there was also a refusal and again without introducing himself !!! After that, we went to dinner with a spoiled mood, and then in the room. At 23.00 there was a knock on the door, the cleaner came and brought us paper where the text was written by hand (a copy of the paper is attached). At 3.45 we were woken up, checked the room and put up!!! Accordingly, we were picked up by a transfer and we flew on flight PS 7012 Sharm El Sheikh - Kharkiv. Vacation ruined in one day!!!

The reluctance to help their clients, the buyers of their (TPG) tour, the unwillingness to resolve disputes both with clients and with the agencies selling their tours is shocking. it’s scary to send a client with this tour operator, because while the client is far abroad, no one will help him with a controversial situation, but simply hang up. That's not how they work.

TOTAL: We lost 1 day of rest, we flew to Kharkov and were supposed to be in Kyiv. We demand to understand the current situation and compensate for the last day of our vacation and the transfer from Kharkiv to Kiev. And another request to deal with hotel guides, they don’t work like that !!!
