We went on New Year's Eve. We have never had such a nightmare vacation. It all started with the fact that the agency announced to us, 3 days after we paid off, that the price of the tour operator had risen by 80 euros. The transfer was on a bus, a living hell, small distances between the seats, so that they beat their knees all the way, the bus rumbled, so it was impossible to fall asleep. The guide did not answer phone calls, although they called more than once, thanks to the tour agency for being in touch. I’m generally ashamed to say about the New Year’s dinner, the food was not tasty, there was no Christmas tree, and the room looked like a pub in a basement without windows, and for such a holiday we paid 65 euros per person!
