We bought tickets to Turkey hotel Sol beach4 *. The hotel is on the first line, the beach is private with free sun loungers and umbrellas. Room with side sea view. Upon arrival, we were told that there were no rooms at the hotel and we were going to hawaii4 *. The hotel does not have its own beach, umbrellas and sun loungers for our own money, we have to rent from the bartenders on the beach. Room overlooking the backyard. There was another couple with the same story at the hotel. In the evening, a guide came from the host of the libero tour. She made a surprised look and promised to solve the problem. The next day, after repeated calls (she began to deny that she was our guide, and could not name who exactly, since everyone refused), she said that she could not solve the problem, it was not her duty and offered to go to the beach 10 minutes from hotel. Why did I pay for the 1st line with my own beach?? This was the main condition in choosing a hotel! We also learned that the hotel in which we were moved is decently cheaper. It turns out a massive deception of tourists and the appropriation of our money. Plus our extra waste for the beach. The company deliberately deceives.
