the tour was bought at the end of March for a vacation from June 14-24 to the Bodrum Park Resort Ultra all hotel from another company, but the host in Turkey was TPG and the charter was also from them.
Upon arrival, there was no meeting party with a TPG sign, there was a peninsula (and in small letters TPG). Having found us on the lists, they indicated the bus number. and already when the bus was leaving the airport, the guide said that our hotel was full and we were being taken to another!
how is this possible if a tour was bought 3 months in advance and there was a reservation for our family for these dates and confirmation from the hotel?????
and the guide came out....
we were brought to a gloomy 5 * in the city, we refused to go out and asked to be taken to our hotel....
after an hour of talking on the phone. with a guide, they promised me that it would be for 2 days, and then we would be relocated. we did not agree, and then the driver closed the door and rushed in an unknown direction. Arriving at the parking lot for bus drivers on the outskirts of the city, he turned off the air conditioner, blocked us in the bus and left. after 5 min. it became unbearably stuffy. We rested with children - 7-8 years. The children began to panic and hysteria. and only after that. when the husband began to smoke on the windows, the door was opened. they tried to call the police, but we did not know the address and they refused to tell us - in fact - this is a kidnapping!
the guide arrived. I called our hotel and asked to be connected to the administrator - it turned out that the reservation was in my name from 06/18...!
as a result, I had to check into the proposed hotel, which can not be compared with the one we ordered ..... because. the psychological state of the children was deplorable.
On June 18, thanks to the perseverance of the Ukrainian tour operator, from whom the tour was bought, we were nevertheless transported to the Bodrum Park Resort, where we were not settled immediately, because. in our room, which was left for us, there was a flood, we were temporarily settled in another for 2 days, and then moved to the ordered family room.

in the booked hotel lived 6 nights instead of 10

P.S. 22.06. a whole bus was brought to the hotel with our tourists, who were hosted by TPG and who never got to their hotels. they were not settled for a long time, and when they settled they apparently gave an economy room in the basement overlooking the road ....
