We bought a tour in tpg 2 months before the expected date. The hotel has been confirmed. Upon arrival in Batumi, at the airport we were told that they were changing the hotel to the same category. They brought it to the shed. Through long negotiations, and at our expense, they moved to another barn, not a hotel, a guest house, they said that unfortunately they could not do anything more. With the same success, we could not buy a tour, but fly and look for a place to stay ourselves. It would be cheaper. tpg did not help us in any way, they did everything themselves, cursed, demanded, etc. at the receiving end.
