Terrible tour operator! Flights are delayed.

We bought a tour in Belarus. In the travel agency Sozh 89. So, as they chose cheaper on the Internet. We were immediately told that we were flying from the tour operator TPG. They said it was good. They warned about the delayed flight for a couple of hours, because this is a charter.

When flying to Egypt, we were delayed by 2 hours. Immediately we stood at the check-in for an hour, they didn’t explain anything to us what was the matter (Zhulyany airport) after about 2 hours we waited on the plane itself (bravo airways).

And at the end of the holiday, we had to fly out at 2200.

Already the day before departure, we began to change the time of flights. Either at 7 in the morning, then at 11. They took us from the hotel at 8. We already knew that the flight was rescheduled for 3. They told the TPG agent. He said that he did not have such information, he brought everyone to the airport and sent them for registration and that's it.

As a result, we went through registration by 9 am and spent half a day at the airport, so to speak, without food and water, since the prices there are exorbitant and tourists are being deceived.

As a result, we lost 2 days of rest.

This was a lesson for us - it's better to overpay for a normal tour operator and the rest will go well than this.
