rude attitude towards tourists

We bought a tour on 05/19/2018 from TPG in Diana Hotel (Ex. Kent Studyo) 4 * (recommended, exclusive) in Icmeler. Upon arrival in Turkey, they said that the hotel was replaced by the Club Selen Hotel 4 *. According to reviews - terrible, at a price - cheaper, and not recommended by TPG. To our protests, the guide at the airport said that she did not know anything and that it was her business to take her to the hotel. On the way to Icmeler, we tried for 2 hours to get another equivalent or better from her, called the TPG, etc. In Kyiv, the TPG was "surprised" and promised to sort it out, but they never called back. In Icmeler (hours at 14 pm) the guide said that we can go to the Silen Club and deal with the hotel guide, which will be after 18 pm. That is, the whole day is lost for trials.

From our flight, tourists flying on the "fortuna" (cheaper ticket) settled in the Pineta Club in Marmaris. We decided to move into it, so as not to waste time on disassembly with the TPG.

The misadventures with TPG did not end there. When leaving the hotel, at the reception they read that the flight would not be at 5:25 to Kharkov, but at 20:20 to Kyiv. Contacted the guide, he said that this is probably a mistake and it happens. He promised to clarify and after that he did not pick up the phone again.
