We bought a tour on February 23 to Turkey for the month of June. Our relatives from another country also booked the same hotel for these dates and bought tickets. We planned to spend time together. They call us at the end of April from the travel agency and say that the TPG tour operator is changing the hotel for us. No matter what we did, I also provided a reservation for our relatives, tried to contact the operator myself, but they don’t want to talk to me, only through a travel agent. Now we are trying to book places for relatives in a new hotel. But prices there have risen strongly compared to February, and where is now the guarantee that we will get to this particular hotel. The situation in the house is very bad, tears and nerves. And there is still a whole month before the long-awaited rest. It’s a pity that I didn’t read the reviews before. But I’m buying a tour for the first time and I thought since we paid the money, then there can be no refusals. It turns out that this tour operator can afford not that. I really want our problem to be solved.
