Dear Colleagues!
I cannot remain silent and not warn you about the meanness of the management and the unreliability of the TPG tour operator.
We all know that all operators have problems... but TPG not only does not solve them, but frankly demonstrates its complete frostbite and disregard for its agents!
The representative in Kharkov (an inexperienced and unprofessional Vitaliy) is an absolutely helpless and useless employee who only creates the appearance of activity or is shamelessly framed by his Kiev colleagues, sending him “to the front line”.
Some specifics and examples from life:
1. TPG refuses to recalculate the application at the new current price, as all tour operators do. When a new special offer came out (the package to Egypt fell in price by a thousand dollars), the application at the old cost had not yet been confirmed, we, of course, asked to recalculate the price, after which it was instantly confirmed without recalculating the cost. There is still no booking at the hotel.
2. TPG impose 80% penalty for canceling a tour to Egypt more than 2 weeks before arrival - "according to the agreement" (not holidays). We contacted the host, they say that they are ready to cancel without penalty.
3. We have been informed that the Grecotel Creta Palace Hotel will not accommodate “overbooking” and our clients will not be accommodated in the villa!!! Outraged by the situation, we went to Kyiv to solve the problem. I managed to get personally to Mrs. Getmantseva's office. She played a comedy in front of us for 2 hours: she tried very actively to help, smoked nervously, called somewhere, cursed with someone ... or rather she pretended! Since, when the tourists were still not accommodated, the manager Evgenia Kryzhanovskaya and the representative of Grekotel Tatyana Serova admitted that the villa was not initially confirmed for the entire period. They just wanted to get a good expensive order: they accepted the payment, forged the Millennium voucher (the host in Greece) and hoped for a miracle ...
4. TPG has been owed money for a year already for a tour to Tunisia, which did not take place due to a canceled flight. TPG claims that the hotel does not refund them. Of course, we contacted the hotel and received a written response that payment for this reservation was not received and no fines were issued to anyone !!!
I think it's endless!!!
Question: how to continue to cooperate with this company? For example, I want more and I won't!!!
