Maybe the TPG office reads reviews about its miracle company, or maybe it will come in handy for people and save them from cooperation with this tour operator. At the end of August, a tour to Turkey was chosen in a 5 * Hotel. The manager calls and says that TPG now has a promotion for this Hotel and it costs not a thousand something, but $ 950, well, super, ok, I made an advance payment. The next day it turned out that the reservation was not confirmed and the Hotel costs more than $1300 or $1400. Okay, ok, we found another Hotel. Made full payment. The operator was informed that our family lives in Poland, that we are traveling with a 6-month-old child and I am a nursing mother (in order to choose a Hotel with good food). We arrive in Ukraine a couple of days before departure (9.09 were supposed to fly), and then when we were about to go for a voucher, we were told that the Hotel was not confirmed. They offered an alternative. TPG guys, if you are reading this, I wish you to live in the alternative that you suggested, where the best thing in the kitchen is cucumbers and tomatoes, not to mention the rooms and so on. In general, this alternative did not pull even 4 *, not to mention the 5 * that was paid .. They also offered Egypt, on 12.09. Great! This is at the time when they paid for Turkey and said that on 16.09 we must leave Ukraine. In general, to say that they spoiled everything for us is an understatement! The tour was cancelled. Today, September 21, there is no money for the tour yet, the contract states that the return is within 7 days!
Two days ago they wrote that the money was sent, wait two banking days. Today already said to wait 24-25. Ie already begins deception and feeding breakfast!. It's so beautiful with a small child we celebrated our wedding anniversary at the sea called. Thank you very much! P.s. When choosing a tour, one of the main criteria was not join up. Very wrong. It was necessary to say "just not tpg." And the fact that they did not apologize even means that such cases are the norm for them. I hope in the near future you will become bankrupt with such a scam of people two days before departure !!!!
