Hamst and the lawlessness of this company have no horizons, namely those people who work in it, and most importantly, the general director Elena Dmitrievna.

(well, as they say - "it all starts with the head")

We have been working with this operator for a long time, but we have never come across closely, so several bookings per season, given the fact that all the same, the prices for those countries that they offer are significantly lower than a number of their competitors. But the devil pulled to work in Europe with the Travel Professional Group. Yes, and combined tours.

At first there was France, not everything was smooth, but we thought with whom it does not happen.

But then there was Avtsria - this is a complete paragraph !!!

We calculated and booked a combined tour for our tourists with business trips to Zell al Mosso. A small town in Austria, after a flight and a long trip on a rented car, our tourists got to the hotel at Lindau, 22 at 1 am - But the hotel was CLOSED, they contacted us, we clarified the address in the documents, everything agreed, but the hotel is CLOSED.

Then they found a hotel of the same owner and asked them to go to another hotel to find out why the hotel is closed and maybe they will put them up for the night in this hotel. After that, our tourists went to this hotel where no one heard about them - but this hotel at least worked.

After that, we contacted the Travel Professional Group to clarify what we should do next - to which the direction manager answered us let them spend the night in any hotel, they would take a check.

Our partner is leaving for this region and we will figure out what is the matter, but we will return the money to three hundred for accommodation.

I will clarify once again that we bought a flight + accommodation + insurance + HOTEL from Travel Professional Group

Then we settle tourists for their money in a hotel for a day. They get to the hotel at half past three in the morning and at 8 in the morning they have important negotiations.

For 4 days, of course, no one decided anything with this closed hotel, but simply called and said that you had arrived at the wrong address, to which we and the tourists said that they had come to the address written in the voucher. and what Travel Professional Group - just brought to naught.

According to the prezd, tourists, of course, began to demand their money back for accommodation - this is obvious. WE submitted the relevant documents and an application for a refund for accommodation - the Travel Professional Group simply went into the analysis first for 14 days - after which we received a STANDARD TYPE from the legal department that they say we care about every tourist and this simply cannot be.

Then the director of our company called Elena Dmitrievna, the general director of the Travel Professional Group, I attended during the conversation, to which she answered all the questions, we will decide, give me time !!!

Then there was a change in the responsible manager who dealt with this issue and a month later they answered by email - "it seems to us that tourists simply did not go there"

The situation just killed me, for two months we were knocking out our money from a company that had not completed its work, after which they said that we were also to blame !!!!

After that, Elena Dmitrievna's secretary - Victoria simply answered - "our general director is at a meeting", "then our general director is at lunch", then "our general director is at a meeting", "our general director asks you to talk to the responsible manager"

In general, after 4 months of a sluggish current issue, RESULTS:

1) Travel Professional Group - The money was not returned and the issue was not resolved.

2) Travel Professional Group - neither the general director nor the managers can be reached by phone, it was necessary to call from other phones to get through to them.

3) In addition to a simple reply to us from the legal department of the Travel Professional Group, we did not receive anything intelligible.

4) They themselves returned the money to our tourists, but still lost them once and for all.

5) The worst thing is that they didn’t even answer emails, they sent them to all the mails that are in contacts + filled out the feedback form for the quality of service - NOBODY NOBODY contacted our company. This is the highest level of negligence!

Uv tourists and travel companies, if you do not need a headache, but you need satisfied tourists, choose a company more seriously !!!!
