I have never used TPG services before and have never experienced such an attitude.
I bought the tour 14 days in advance. 3 days before departure, the flight was rescheduled for 14 hours (from 6.00 to 20.00 then to 17.00). To my question in the quality service that I, by their grace, lost a day of rest, they answered that they would somehow compensate. And of course they did nothing. Asked in advance about rescheduling the flight back. They said that this is an isolated case and everything will be back on time. Back the same rigmarole with a transfer of 12 hours. If you have connecting flights, like I do, then get on your way.
Was very dissatisfied. I do not recommend.
In fact, I bought a slightly more expensive tour, but with good hours of departure and arrival, but received disgusting ones. As I tracked for three weeks, all flights went at 17.00, and tours are sold with a departure at 6.00. Those. they know in advance about the schedule for 17.00 but they sell with an early departure. This is an outright scam.
