We booked a tour with this mountain tour operator on 16. 04. 19 immediately alarmed by the fact that the hotel was confirmed for 4-5 days. Well, that's okay. It all started with the fact that the departure was at 8:00 moved to 15:00, flew out at 16:00. The rest day is gone. Upon arrival, the concert began. The Flesh Tour company met us, fuss began with our voucher, they ran back and forth with it, took pictures, then tore off a piece, I see this for the first time, and then they took it all away. To which we began to find out what it all means, since in any case a part should remain with the tourist. They didn’t want to give it back and they said if we give you a voucher, then we will not bring you to our hotel ourselves. Since the voucher indicated that the company "Meeting Point" was checking us into the hotel, it was complete nonsense. My husband took a picture of all these figures of the company and we went together to the hotel. According to the voucher, we were told that in the morning at a meeting with the hotel guide you will be given a new one. OK. OK. Thank God they settled in the hotel and the room, and thanks for that. In the morning I met with the hotel guide, the first question was a voucher, he ignored it and started selling excursions, when I refused them, he quickly began to pack up and leave. To my question about the voucher, he answered that we do not need it, and to questions about the return flight on the go he threw that we would find out everything at the reception. Well, I didn’t spoil my day and said goodbye to him. The day before departure, we found out the transfer time to the airport. They said there would be info in the evening. We arrived in the evening and were told that a bus would pick us up at 14:30. Our departure is at 17:00. There is no transfer on the day of departure at 14:30. We went to the reception and were told to wait. At 14:50 we clarified we were told that they were looking for us and were not found. How are we at the reception from 12:30, what nonsense. We started to figure it out. The reception desk again contacted Flesh Tour and we were told that we did not meet with the hotel guide and he could not give us the information. What nonsense. met him personally. And at 15:00 we were told to go to the airport ourselves, that no one was going to pick us up. I made a scandal at the hotel, wrote to my travel agent, to which she began to calm down and say that we would decide everything, too, is nonsense, we should already be at the airport, and we are sticking out at the hotel. Fortunately, the senior manager of the hotel was a kind-hearted person. And in his car at the speed of light he took us to the airport. This is not the merit of TPG, this is the merit of the hotel and the person who is the face of this hotel. And the dairy company whose name TPG is deceiving its tourists. First time using this company and last time. Dear tourists, take care of your nerves, do not buy tours from this alkaline tour operator. Okay, we are seasoned tourists, and people who got into a foreign country for the first time, how can they be. Yes, I got stressed too. And no one will reimburse him. The company should not operate on the Ukrainian market. We don't deserve this kind of treatment.
