Departure from Zaporozhye "international" airport, which was operated by bravo airways, was delayed for 8 hours!!! At the same time, after my repeated calls to TPG, the answer was always the same - we do not communicate directly with customers, call the agency in which this tour was purchased. We arrived at the hotel at 23.00 hungry and tired (the rest day we paid for was gone). For the return flight, we, according to the terms of the contract, had to vacate the room at two in the morning and go to the bus that arrived for us with a delay of 30 minutes. The return flight was also delayed by one hour. Thanks to TPG, we lost a day of our paid vacation. On the fact of the above, I demand financial compensation for ruining the holiday and defrauding the client.
