TPG are scammers!

We bought a tour to the hotel "Sultan Gardens Resort" (Voucher TPG No. EG20107022) . Upon arrival, the campaign refused to accommodate us in this hotel, explaining that there were no places there. Although the payment was made in full in almost 2 months and the hotel was confirmed. They categorically refused to take us to our hotel, they took us to another one. We had a ten month old baby with us so it was impossible to argue. They promised that the hotel that we were offered was of a higher class, that the room would be the best. This is our fifth stay in 5* hotels, but this hotel was the worst of all the previous ones. The next day, under the threat of eviction, they forced us to sign a paper that we had no claims against them. As it turned out, the same scheme was carried out with at least 4 tourists from our return flight. The campaign takes money for one hotel, settles in a completely different low-quality hotel. This is just a scam! Rest and mood of our family was spoiled.
