This is not the first time we use the services of tour operators, but we encountered TPG for the first and last time. Bought a ticket to Egypt. The most unpleasant thing began with the fact that, having arrived at the Zhuliany airport, our flight of the Bravo airline was not on the departure board. We called the TPG hotline (4 am), to which we were told that they did not provide any information to tourists, and after that the girl with a sleepy voice said that the flight was rescheduled for 19.15 from Boryspil airport. The return flight was also rescheduled from 11 am to 9.45 pm, eventually departed from Hurghada at 23.15. The guides are incompetent, rude, especially the guide Atif Mina (fucking): since the hotel we chose did not match the description on the TPG website and 5 stars, turned to the hotel guide with claims, to which he agreed, but could not help. We demanded to change the hotel, he offered 2 options, we chose one of them. I don’t know why, but Mina said to leave the surcharge ($ 150) at the reception in the previous hotel and move by taxi (offered a transfer for $ 25). We did not leave money there, we decided that we should pay in a new hotel. Before we arrived at the hotel, Mina was already ringing at the reception and yelling loudly and rudely into the phone that we would not be given a room and we could go wherever we wanted, because we did not leave him money. Thank God, there was a Russian-speaking administrator at the reception, and only after our threats that we would now call representatives of the Embassy of Ukraine and the police, he helped us resolve this issue. We transferred the money through the administrator, but no one gave us a check. We never saw a TPG representative in the new hotel. We found out information about the departure and time of departure from the hotel on our own, called from the reception to the hotline of the TPG representative in Egypt. The conclusion is that TPG is in a mess, for TPG the main thing is not reputation, but profit from tourists. Will never use TPG again!!!
