THE FLIGHT TO THE PLANE WAS MISSED THROUGH THE TPG GUIDE. THE MONEY WAS NOT RETURNED.
Information about transfer return and about the flight from Dalaman to Lviv was reported by TPG and in particular by the representative-guide incorrectly, in connection with which we did not get on the flight. We had a tour to Marmaris from 06/03/2018 to 06/10/2018. At 15.00 on June 9, 2018, I wrote to the Viber representative of TPG to ask when the transfer bus will be. The guide told me that the information will be after 21:00. Additionally, information from the guide did not come. However, after 21:00 we received the following information at the hotel reception:
• Departure date 06/10/2018
• Departure time from the hotel 23.30
• Departure time 03:30.
There are all copies and confirmations.
After that at 21:45 I wrote to the guide to clarify the information about leaving the hotel. Wrote that we saw information at the reception that our flight was postponed and departure at 23:30 not today, but tomorrow (ie 10). Is everything true? A company representative clarified which city we were flying to.
And when I wrote Lviv, I confirmed the answer to my question. It was at 21:57 on June 9, 2018. And as it turned out, 1.5 hours before the bus. There were no words: "No, get ready, the bus will be in 1.5 hours". At approximately 02:00 am on June 10, 2018, the receptionist informed us that a transfer was coming for us on June 9, 2018 (the date of June 9, 2018 was not specified in any document), the guide called the room, we were not found waiting for us. 10 minutes, asked for a signature from the rehearsalist and left. Receptionist ON OWN INITIATIVE asking for a copy of the receipt for us and handing it to us at approximately 02:00 on 06/10/2018.
After that, from 11.30 pm on June 9, 2018 to 2:00 am on June 10, 2018, NO call or message to Viber or phone from the guide or tour of TPG was received. If it weren't for the receptionist, we wouldn't have known at all that we weren't taken on a plane. We immediately called back the guide, to which we received a boorish answer, where we were, and why people from other hotels understood correctly, but we did not.
That she has thousands of us and it is her duty not to run after us. A representative of TPG showed negligence in his duties and to tourists, never apologizing for the situation. She offered us to look for tickets on our own, buy them at our own expense or contact the hotel reception for tickets. Also did not provide any reliable information about subsequent flights. She offered to take a taxi at 02:30 on June 10, 2018, 90 km to Dalaman for a flight at 03:30 to Lviv, at noon on June 10, 2018, that there are no seats. We asked her to find us other options for the flight, as we were not able to do it ourselves, but she did not provide any reliable information about other flights, neither by destination nor by time of departure. All information, whatever it concerned, was provided haphazardly and without proper scrutiny. The information changed every couple of minutes. At 20:00 10.06.
In 2018, we FINALLY received tickets from another company to KYIV, and not to Lviv, until June 11, 2018 for UAH 8,000, paid for with our own funds. AND IT'S ALL IN TERRIBLE STRESS! I had to negotiate for the continuation of accommodation in the hotel, for travel Kyiv-Lviv, overnight stay in Kiev. In addition, we asked the guide to arrange for us a transfer to Dalaman. I agreed on the transfer, while once again confusing our names in the transfer.
EVERYTHING WAS PAID WITH OWN FUNDS OUT OF TPG'S FAULT.
